Terms of Use
Effective 1 February 2026.
These terms apply to quotes, bookings and installations provided by 247 Floors Pty Ltd (ABN 47 247 365 247). By accepting a quote or booking an installation, you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Quotes are itemised product, labour, prep, disposal and trims and are calculated on the site conditions we observed or that you described (including photos or plans supplied).
Site access & subfloor assumptions
Quotes assume reasonable access to the site during scheduled install hours, safe parking or unloading nearby, and a subfloor that is dry, level and structurally sound to the standard required by the product manufacturer. Where undisclosed conditions are discovered on the day (moisture, unevenness, asbestos, non-standard subfloor), we will pause, document, and issue a variation before proceeding.
Variations
Variations are documented in writing (email is fine) and require your approval before the additional work proceeds. We will not carry out variations without approval.
Payment terms
A deposit is payable at booking to secure your install slot and, where required, to order product. The balance is payable on completion, after the final walkthrough. Payment methods are set out on your invoice.
Workmanship warranty
All installation workmanship carries a 5-year warranty from the date of completion. This covers defects in our workmanship (for example, lifting seams caused by installation error). It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, subsequent building works or environmental conditions outside the product manufacturer's specifications.
Product warranty
Manufacturer product warranties are passed through directly to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. We will assist with any claims where installation is not in question.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for defects in our workmanship is limited to re-performing the affected work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights and guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
