Accessibility Statement

247 Floors is committed to providing a website and digital experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people using assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the site.
Accessibility toolbar
Every page includes an Accessibility toolbar in the bottom-right corner. It offers the following controls, and remembers your choices between visits:
- Text size Default, Large (110%), Extra Large (125%)
- High Contrast mode (WCAG AAA contrast)
- Dyslexia-friendly font (OpenDyslexic)
- Reduce motion removes animations and transitions
- Greyscale mode
- Focus highlight reinforced keyboard focus rings
- Reading guide a horizontal line that follows your cursor
- Reset all restores defaults
Standards we follow
- Semantic HTML with landmark roles (banner, main, contentinfo, nav)
- Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout
- Colour contrast at AA or better across text and interactive elements
- Alternative text and ARIA labels on informational graphics
- Form labels bound to inputs, with descriptive error messages
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard users
