We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule installations, deliver services, communicate about your job, issue invoices, and support you with warranty questions afterwards. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
How we store and secure it
Information is stored in access-controlled systems used by our internal team and the trusted service providers that help us run the business (email hosting, form processing, accounting, calendar and CRM tools). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
Third parties
We share the minimum information necessary with sub-processors that support our operations (for example, the email and form-processing platforms used by this website). We do not share your information for other purposes without your consent, unless required by law.
Access and correction
